1. General Information

Welcome to VDX Exchange ("VDX", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website vdxexchange.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

VDX Exchange provides a digital asset exchange service that enables users to exchange supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins in a non-custodial manner. We do not provide fiat services, investment advice or asset management.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country of residence).
  • You are a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange services are not prohibited.
  • You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are not subject to EU, UK, or UN sanctions.

We may refuse or terminate service if we believe you fail to meet these requirements.

3. Services

Our services include:

  • Instant cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchange;
  • Display of indicative rates and transaction confirmations;
  • Non-custodial transactions (VDX Exchange never stores your funds).

All exchanges are final and irreversible once confirmed.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws;
  • Use only wallets that belong to you and are under your control;
  • Not engage in activities involving fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing;
  • Not use the Platform to violate sanctions or trade restrictions;
  • Provide accurate and complete information during transactions.

If you provide false information or violate these Terms, your access may be restricted or terminated.

5. KYC/AML Compliance

VDX Exchange complies with the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD5) and other applicable financial regulations. We may require users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before certain transactions.

In some cases, the Platform may request an additional security deposit equal to the amount of your previous payment. This deposit is held temporarily and will be returned upon successful completion of the verification process.

You consent to the processing of your personal data for KYC/AML purposes and acknowledge that failure to complete verification may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Fees and Rates

All applicable fees and exchange rates are shown prior to transaction confirmation. Rates are dynamic and based on current market conditions. By confirming the transaction, you accept the rate and fees displayed at that moment.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile;
  • Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible;
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of wallet addresses;
  • VDX Exchange does not guarantee any profit, return, or fixed exchange rate;
  • Any security deposit is held temporarily and returned only after verification.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

VDX Exchange processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and use personal data only for legitimate purposes, such as preventing fraud, completing transactions, and performing KYC/AML checks. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDX Exchange, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from network delays, blockchain errors, or technical failures;
  • Loss of profits, trading opportunities, or data;
  • Unauthorized third-party actions or wallet access;
  • Any delays or issues related to verification or security deposits.

In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity;
  • Required by EU or local authorities;
  • Verification or security deposit procedures are not completed.

VDX Exchange is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on https://vdxexchange.com/page/terms-of-services. By continuing to use the Platform after such changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which VDX Exchange operates. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
